Manager In Training Program

At Blain’s Farm & Fleet, our auto techs have a straight forward career path. In the beginning, you’ll start with services like tire changes and repairs, oil changes and battery installations. As your knowledge advances, so will your career. The career path at Blain’s typically goes from Tech 1 to Tech 2 to Tech 3 to Assistant Shop Manager to Manager In Training. Our MIT program is the final step before becoming a Service Center Manager. The program provides you with the training and tools you need to manage a store’s auto service center.
